In order to place an upgrade or downgrade order, you will need to log in to your Clients area using your email address and clients area password.
Once you have logged in follow the instructions below.
1/ Go to My Hosting Packages.
2/ Click the View Details button next to the product or service you wish to manage.
3/ Click the buttons to either upgrade or downgrade you Package.
Any remaining time on your current hosting account will be refunded, and taken against your upgrade package. When downgrading a credit will be added for any time remaining. This credit can be used next time your place a new order or renew your account via your Clients area
